Data retention policy
Glean keeps usage data is kept for 9 months. Glean helps customers comply with GDPR and other requirements, by ensuring that customer data is not retained in violation of any deletion requests. Glean’s data index mirrors a customer’s production environment with minimal delay that is configurable by the customer.
Once the data is deleted in the production environment, it is securely deleted from servers running Glean software.
As such, in order to comply with a “Right to Erasure” request, simply delete the data on production environments and Glean will automatically handle deleting any copies of that data.
