Data retention policy
Data is stored until a customer deletes it within the Greenhouse application. Customer data is marked for deletion once they are no longer a Greenhouse customer.
Candidates can contact the company that they submitted their information to. Companies own their data and Greenhouse provides them with the tools to perform the data deletion. For all other requests or to request deletion of your Personal Information, you can do so at any time by contacting us at privacy@greenhouse.io.

Data archiving and removal policy
Daily full backups of our database are stored on AWS S3 for 30 days. All server logs are
retained on S3 for 365 days. All backups to S3 are stored encrypted using AWS KMS.
