Feature Watch
Feature Watch allows you to grow your product using feedback that comes directly from your users. Use feature boards to publish user feedback where your users can vote and comment on their favorite feature requests. Install the Feature Watch Slack app to get real time notifications on actions taken on your feature requests as well as comment and add new features directly from within the Slack app using shortcuts.

Data retention policy
Feature Watch will retain all user/company data for no more than 1 year after termination of agreement / subscription or when a user requests permanent deletion, whichever comes first.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests Feature Watch to delete their data, we remove all data associated with the user or account within 24 hours of request. Data is retained in backups for no more than 30 days from removal.
